Inter-Stellar War is a space-themed empire-building, trading, and combat game. The long and involved story (it plays at the beginning of the game but unfortunately the text appears way too long on the screen) involves invading aliens called the Insectia who aim to destroy humanity. You must defeat them to earn money to buy stuff. You can command your ship, and discuss your progress with your employer via choosing dialogue responses. I do not personally enjoy this kind of game so I didn't play it very far, but it does seem like some effort was put into it.
